So yeah, regarding my post's title, I've been eyeing the Freeman products for quite sometime. Since I was in Secondary School years when I purchased their Peppermint and Plum Foot Scrub (and eventually discarded them after a few years because of expiry date, I didn't use it much then because the products were really rare, and being a 14 - 15 years old kid, I didn't have that luxury to travel across the country to restock it). Although their products are currently none to be found in my country, it doesn't stop me from wishing to get them (they're of budget price too). Now, I'm aiming for one of their most raved about clay masks. I only need to choose one (the best), because I'm gonna be purchasing it online (means gonna pay for the pricey shipping cost).
I live in a tropical country, it's hot and humid as you all may know, so my skin is kinda Combo to Oily. I seldom get acne or pimple except when the 'time of the month' comes around, my pores are easily clogged, but I can't call them large pores. But I do feel that coarse feel every time I run my fingers around my nose area. And whiteheads and blackheads are my uninvited guests :P My sworn enemies forever.
Freeman's Feeling Beautiful Claymasks (the masks are arranged from the most eyed one to the least wished one) :
Avocado and Oatmeal |
What turns me off is that, it's for normal to combo skin which might be too mild for my skin.
This one is a new product of Freeman, haven't heard much about it. Again, no parabens. It has bentonite clay (which is on the top 2 of the list of ingredients) and it says it's good for oily to combo skin.
Sparkling Pear Pore Cleansing |
But again, it hasn't had that much reviews so I can't guarantee its effectiveness enough to buy one.
Again, no parabens. bentonite and kaolin clay being the top 2 and 3 of its list of ingredients. and it's said to be good for breakout and oily skin. But it contains lemons and mints, which I've read somewhere that lemon and mint trigger more production of sebum so, I am kinda turned off by that statement.
As you can see, I've emphasized the presence of the clays, because as you know they have these properties in combating oily skin and imperfecions such as blackheads, which I really need. I know they give different effects on different people, but it doesn't hurt to ask for opinions.

Have you tried any of these masks? Are they good or bad?
