I know it's not much, I just bought what I was aiming to buy like for months/years (yeah... that long, if it's not money which was the problem, it's the time and.... mood :P) So let's get down to business, shall we?
So yeap, I bought my first ceramic round brush from the Body Shop of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah for BND19.92 instead of the usual price of BND24.90, I guess because of the end of year-new year's sale? And unfortunately my membership has expired, if not maybe I'd get a cheaper price. It's not exactly my first round brush, my first one was a cheap cute blue round brush from a department store here in Brunei. Don't get me wrong, it did last for a longer duration than expected. The reason I bought this is because I need something to hold my hair during blow-drying and this brush is said to have that flexible bristles grip for maximum control and specially shaped handle allows for a comfortable grip. My styling hairbrush which is off the same range couldn't do the trick that I want, or is it that I'm not skillful enough? Either way, I still choose round hair brush over styling brush when it comes to blow drying as it can help to give more perfect volume. I bought the one for all hair types of short to medium length because that's what my hair is categorized in (my hair is naturally darker shade of black, shoulder length, without layers because the last time I cut my hair, I took the pixy style and it is a bit naturally oily). It is claimed to be reducing drying time with perfect styling because of its Thermo-ceramic technology coating which retains heat.
I haven't tried this just yet, because I need more practice in holding the hair dryer and the brush at the same time. Yeap, I don't know how to blow-dry my own hair... am I a girl or what? Anyway, practice makes perfect right? I'm sure most girls has started off like this...
